• You can take Max of Rs.40,000/- per day from ATM.
• Fine for minimum balance at semi urban areas is Rs.200/- per quarter.
• Deadman Switch:
  Alt + 0, press this key if someone threatens you during internet banking. It makes your account invalid. Then you have to contact the branch for reopening.
• After 10 minutes of inactivity in internet banking, your session will be expired.So you have to log once again.
• If you forgot the ATM PIN, you have to write letter to bank. write the mobile no, card no.  Fine of Rs.50 will be debited. It will take 15 days to get new PIN. The SMS will be sent to your mobile. Once it is received, contact the branch. The New Pin mailer will be dispatched to you.
• You can only try of 3 times/per day the wrong PIN, else it will be blocked. Try another day.
• Manage Favorites:
• You can add frequently doing work in internet banking to favorites (Account statement, Third party transfer). So you can get it by single click. You can see the favorites column in top right most corner of the window.
• DEMAT ACCOUNT:
• Used to buy shares, gold and share trading can be done online.
• There is no charge for account opening.
• Bring Pan card and two passport size photo.
